Short Presentation: Sexual Empowerment as a Spiritual Path

Many people, cultures and religions make a division between sexuality and spirituality. I believe they are one in the same and that this split is artificial. By separating these aspects of ourselves we disconnect and sometimes disempower ourselves. The same energetic core that guides us spiritually is the same energy we express and explore sexually. In this workshop, we’ll discuss sexual empowerment, sexual connection, gender expression and sexual play as a spiritual path. We’ll do some exercises and/or meditation that bring us into deeper connection with our sexual power, sexual self, and spiritual being. Explore how your own creativity can nurture your sexuality and help
you come closer to your core sexual self,
and steps you can take to connect to the authentic sexual power you long for and make it a central part of your own spiritual path.
