Many of us know we are what we eat but often split ourselves from the experience of being in our bodies in all realms. Through simple exercises we will delve into the current role food plays into our lives and how we can become even juicier by indulging in food that is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Learn what superfoods are good for you, heighten your states of ecstasy, connect with your instinctual and intuitive self, learn simple recipes for a High Vibe life!

Within the ritual space we co-create as community we will discover the tastes & textures of a variety of foods and become inspired to integrate new ways of eating and loving into our lives.
